Face Gems Tips and Tricks for Euphoria Makeup
Before we start, I just wanted to clue you in on a couple tips and tricks to apply any gems, jewels, rhinestones or crystals to your face and make sure they stick all day!
First, the ladies behind Euphoria usually just get their face gems on Amazon! I’ve linked a few options throughout this post, but they’re all so affordable and beautiful, I think I’ve found some new Amazon must haves!
When it comes to applying your face gems, if you have long nails or are working with small crystals, get a wax pencil! It’s the best tool to help pick up gems so you can manipulate them without dropping them everywhere. These ones from Amazon definitely fit the Euphoria aesthetic and are also super affordable!
Even if your gems come with an adhesive back, use a little lash glue or even spirit gum if you want a super strong hold! All the Euphoria makeup artists swear by lash glue — you definitely don’t want to lose any gems mid-party!
Those tips should help make sure you have the best face gems, can apply them easily and that they stay on all night!
Okay, now onto the makeup looks!
12 Euphoria Makeup Looks You Can Do at Home
1. Simple Eye Gems
Let’s start off easy with baby steps into the Euphoria makeup world. This simple makeup look with bold eyeliner and two eye gems can easily be recreated at home. Just use a simple wash of peach eye shadow on the lid, a bold and deep metallic liner with a subtle wing on the upper lash line and below the water line, and finish off with two blue face gems.

2. Bold Neon Liner
This video has a ton of looks in it, but let’s focus on Kat’s makeup. Her bushy brows and naturally glowing skin look amazing, but the showstopper in this makeup is the graphic orange eyeliner accented with coordinating orange face gems. The look is completed with minimal lower lash mascara and a normal winged liner.

3. Holo “Lashes”
Um, talk about iconic? This amazing Euphoria makeup look is definitely bold, but for the right occasion (any occasion?) it could be perfect. I’m not sure how the Euphoria makeup artist did this, but when I saw it, it reminded me of a tutorial RawBeautyKristi did where she created a gold, glam skull with a similar metallic spiky feature. Kristi used metallic paper and adhered it to her face with spirit gum, which I thought would be an amazing way to create this look with minimal effort! If the DIY route isn’t your thing though, you can now buy Jules’ Euphoria eye stickers from Face Lace and get the look just like that!

4 & 5. Glitter Tears & Glitter All Over
In the Euphoria world, sparkle is king — well, queen, really. These two makeup looks put glitter center stage and are so simple to recreate at home! Use a glitter primer or glitter glue (formulated for the face!) to draw tear shapes below your waterline and fill it in with gold glitter for Rue’s look, or take a more all-over look like Jules by using a glitter gel.

6. Color Everywhere
As seen in the second slide here, Euphoria makeup is pretty much all about having fun with color. It’s artsy, it’s tie dye, it’s bright and it’s creative. Most of all, it’s so easy to do at home! Just take your favorite eyeshadow palette and start putting color out there, and you have the perfect euphoria-inspired makeup look Jules would envy.

7. Euphoria Makeup for Men
I’m sorry, who said women are the only ones who can glow? Euphoria makeup is for everyone who wants it, and these guys definitely prove it with their Euphoria-inspired makeup looks for Halloween. Steal their style with pink glitter gel all around the eyes and holo eye stickers to top it off.

8. Rhinestone Cowgirl
Fluffy brows? Amazing. Jeweled rhinestone brows? Even better. This signature Maddy Euphoria makeup look is so easy to recreate at home too! Start with a deep, metallic indigo shade. Dot a couple clear face gems below your waterline, and four through your eyebrows, following their natural arch. So easy!

9. Y2k Today
Y2k called, and it wants you to keep the blue eyeshadow. Thanks to Euphoria, it’s a look now! Follow Maddy’s style to get this blue eyeshadow look without going too Britney Spears in ’03. Take a subtle baby blue over the eyes (the makeup artists suggested they may have used this ABH highlight for this) and finish it off with a blue liner in a slightly darker tone. Chain not required, but always awesome.

10. Blue AND Rhinestones
Yet another iconic Maddy Perez makeup look, this combines the previous two for a beautiful blue winged shadow with a graphic rhinestone outline. This look has been easily recreated by tons of makeup gurus, but you can get the look at home by winging out a gradient of teal shadow and outlining the shape with a ton of stick-on face gems.

11. “The Muse”
Euphoria makeup artist Kirsten Sage Coleman has the details on this amazingly complete Euphoria makeup, but as incredible as it looks, you can definitely do it at home! Top a shimmer shadow with neon liner for the X’s, blow out the smokiest red lower lash line of your life, and finish it all off with a deep oxblood lip color and some black gems.

12. Throwing Shapes
It’s hard to find a more now look than bright, graphic liner everywhere you can see. As Davy explains, every time you see Jules, even for a second, she’s got different makeup on. What’s the best way to recreate this look? Simply get some bold eyeliners and start drawing! Explore different geometric and organic shapes and just have fun with it!
